Rumor Has it......check out "Talk To Me"
Good Friday everyone! Looks like Lindsay Lohan is back in Rehab after being busted for a DUI and possession of cocaine. Not even sure where to start with this one. She's claiming that the drugs were not hers and that she was being chased by her now ex-assistants mom. First, wtf??? And second, on the chance that she might be telling the truth, why the hell would you be holding someone else's drugs while you are on probation and are being followed everywhere??? Yeah I don't have answer either.
Next up, and far more interesting might I add, I was lucky enough to catch a sneak preview of "Talk To Me" featuring Don Cheadle, Martin Sheen, and Chiwetel Ejiofor. It's been a while since I watched a movie with an actual story line, great acting, creative writing, wonderful editing, all rolled into one pretty impressive and entertaining flick. Plus there is some wicked old school tunes that will have you on scanning your iPod wondering why you didn't have those songs in your library to begin with. "Talk To Me" is based on the true story of Petey Green, who was an ex-con turned radio host/community activist in the 60's set in Washington D.C. I know everyone has a lot of choices for what movie they are willing to shell out $13+ a ticket for, I just think this one is worth the investment. :)
