You saw part of the Youtube video where Tyra Banks takes on those who have been making quite the issue about her weight gain in a bathing suit. Tyra was steamed, but attacking one's weight is nothing new ..remember Kirstie Alley and all those Star Magazine candids of her surfing through the drive thru, scarfing down Krispy Kremes?

Tyra's got plenty of people to back her up. Actresses are fighting back showing off their curves on the red carpet, the tube with Ugly Betty's America Ferrera, heck even Nicole Ritchie has put on a few pounds ( and could afford to put on a few more in my opinion)

Do you think the attention Tyra and others in the industry are giving to the weight obsession in Hollywood signifies the "thin is in" trend will be gone..or is it just a phase?
